Right of withdrawal

This return policy explains how consumers can use their right of withdrawal for orders placed through our online store. ChronoPad is a trade name of JKC Trading B.V. This policy applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and alongside mandatory consumer law, which takes precedence.

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

2. How to withdraw

To cancel, let us know within those 14 days by e-mail at info@chronopad.jkc-dev.nl, or with any other clear statement. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. We will confirm that we received your notice.

3. Returning the goods

After you let us know, please send the goods back within 14 calendar days, with all the accessories, in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original sealed packaging. Handle the goods with care. You are only responsible for any loss in value that results from handling them more than was needed to check their nature, features and working.

4. Return shipping costs

You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless we have said or agreed otherwise.

5. Refunds

We will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being told that you want to cancel. We may hold off on the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show us that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, and the refund costs you nothing.

6. Business buyers

The right of withdrawal is only for consumers. Business buyers cannot use it. A business buyer may only return goods if we have agreed to that specific return in writing beforehand.
